Feeddd is currently in its early development stage (beta). The platform, features, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees. Features described on our website or in promotional materials may not be available at launch, may change without notice, or may never be released. We may pause or discontinue development of Feeddd at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
By signing up for Early Access, you acknowledge that Feeddd is experimental, subject to change, and may experience bugs, errors, or downtime.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Feeddd, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country) to use Feeddd. If you are in the EU, you must be at least 16 unless local law allows otherwise.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share.
You agree not to violate our Community Guidelines or applicable laws.
You must not impersonate others or infringe on intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create.
By posting, you grant Feeddd a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform.
5. No Guarantee of Features
Feeddd may advertise or describe features that are not available at launch, may be delayed, or may never be developed. We make no promise of feature availability.
6. Service Availability
Feeddd may suspend, discontinue, or restrict parts of the service at any time. We are not liable for interruptions or termination of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Feeddd is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. GDPR and EU Users
If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You may contact us at privacy@feeddd.com to exercise these rights.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as Feeddd evolves. Your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of changes.
